You, as a customer, are responsible for becoming informed with this refund policy. You confirm that you have read our refund policy, that you agree to and fully accept its conditions by placing an order for any of our products.
Refund Policy
As non-tangible irrevocable items, Vectown does not offer returns once the order is completed and the product is shipped. You, as a customer, are responsible for being aware of this prior to making any purchases from our website. Please be aware that our free designs are provided on behalf of our esteemed partners and are not subject to refund requests or chargeback requests.
Naturally, a “refund” is NOT something we would consider doing since we always want our clients to be happy with the products and services we provide. In addition, no one can guarantee the use or sharing of the files once they have been purchased and downloaded, hence there is NO return in accordance with the terms and conditions for DIGITAL items.
We are aware, however, that rare events can occur with relation to the nature of the goods we offer. As a result, we DO recognize requests for refunds for the reasons listed below:
a. We failed to fulfill your orders within three days of our working;
b. The file is corrupt and cannot be repaired.
The incompatibility of our products with third-party software (add-ons, plug-ins, modules, search engines, scripts, etc.) other than those that are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product is not our responsibility, and as a result, we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on such incompatibility. We make no promises that our goods work flawlessly with any third-party programs, and we don’t offer assistance for their use.

Refund requests are accepted using the Contact Form within seven days of the order being placed. This request should be accompanied by thorough justifications for your desire for a refund. Please check to see if your request is in accordance with our Policies. On receiving a completed and signed Waiver of Copyright from you, a refund will be given to you.
